Welcome to The Green Room Social(“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, membership services, and participation in events hosted at our private venue (“Club”). By accessing our website or entering our premises, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership & Access

1.1. Membership is required for entry and participation in club activities.

1.2. Members must be 21 years of age or older and provide valid government-issued identification upon entry.

1.3. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests and must accompany them at all times.

1.4. Memberships are non-transferable and may be suspended or revoked for violations of these Terms or Club rules.

1.5. The Green Room Social reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership or access at any time for any reason deemed appropriate by management or security.

2. BYOB Policy

2.1. Members may bring their own alcoholic beverages (“BYOB”) for personal consumption only.

2.2. Sharing alcohol with non-members or minors is strictly prohibited.

2.3. Excessive intoxication or disorderly behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises.

2.4. The Club assumes no liability for alcohol-related incidents on or off the premises.

3. Hookah Service & Safety

3.1. Only Club staff or approved attendants may prepare or serve hookah.

3.2. Members may not bring personal hookah devices, charcoal, or tobacco onto the premises.

3.3. Members must handle all hookah equipment responsibly and follow staff instructions.

3.4. Any misuse of equipment or violation of fire safety rules may result in expulsion and liability for damages.

4. Food & Catering

4.1. Food may be ordered through approved local partners or catering vendors.

4.2. No outside cooking, meal preparation, or open flames are allowed within the Club.

4.3. All food and disposable materials must be discarded nightly in designated containers.

5. Conduct & Etiquette

5.1. Members are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff, security, and other guests.

5.2. Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive conduct of any kind will result in permanent membership termination.

5.3. Photography, recording, or livestreaming is prohibited.

5.4. Dress code: casual upscale, clean, appropriate attire required.

5.5. Smoking of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy & Media Use

6.1. The Green Room Social may collect personal data for membership verification and communication purposes.

6.2. By entering the premises, you consent to the possibility of being photographed or filmed during events for promotional use, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

6.3. Your personal information will never be sold or shared without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Website Use

7.1. Accessing or using our website signifies your agreement to comply with these Terms.

7.2. All content on our website — including text, images, designs, and logos — is the property of The Green Room Social and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.3. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of our brand materials is strictly prohibited.

7.4. Users may not upload, transmit, or post content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

8. Liability Disclaimer

8.1. The Green Room Social is not responsible for personal injury, lost property, or damages incurred on the premises.

8.2. Members assume all risk associated with alcohol consumption, hookah use, or participation in events.

8.3. The Club is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of facilities or failure to comply with these Terms.

9. Security & Enforcement

9.1. Security personnel reserve the right to inspect bags or personal belongings upon entry.

9.2. Any person found violating local, state, or federal laws will be reported to authorities.

9.3. Management reserves the right to modify or enforce rules at its discretion to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

10. Amendments

10.1. The Green Room Social reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

10.2. Updates will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon publication.

10.3. Continued membership or use of the premises constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
